- Downtime on RORO or Rail and customer facilities(loaded) longer than 24 hours = Lockdown rental fee.
- Downtime empty on customer facility under certain conditions out of rent .
- Rent or downtime days are measured via Track & Trace system also accessible to the tenant.
- Rental rate is charged per calendar day.

- Access to IT platform for available equipment within the EU.
